About Our Presenters:

Monica McHale-Small, Ph.D. is currently president of the Learning Disabilities Association of America. She currently is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Temple University. Monica spent 27 years in public education in Pennsylvania beginning her career as a school psychologist and late in a variety of administrative positions including superintendent. She is also mom to four successful adult children with learning disabilities and attention deficits.

Cindy Cipoletti, Esq., is the Executive Director of the Learning Disabilities Association of America. Cindy’s background is in law and nonprofit leadership, and has worked in the public school system helping children with learning disabilities. She is also the parent of an adult son with a learning disability.
